Words and webs concentrates on web design services for people with little or no technical expertise to get a fully functional website up and going without paying for services they don't need. There are plenty of designers out there that will produce a website that sings and dances with all the latest gadgets and widgets for upwards of $10000. If that's what you require then my services are not for you.

These packages are guides as there will always be additions and subtractions to what customers want, but most requests fall into one of the three options. Time to completion is usually around 2 weeks to get the site online but my client list is growing every day so completion times may vary - (I will always give an estimate). Some customers may only require a website overhaul rather than a new website - best to contact me for a quote.
 
Option 1 - Basic Static website
 
For those who want a simple website to Inform and provide contact details and a contact form for visitors to get more information.
 
    Inclusions
   
    - Web Hosting plan to allow for disk space and bandwidth requirements
    - Site design
    - Content addition, up to 10 website pages and includes up to 20 photos (500x500 max
      resolution each). No animations or media (films, sounds, flash) included.
    - testing and publishing
    - Search Engine Optimisation
    - Visitor statistics
    - A content management system to enable you to add your own content if you choose.
    - Backups
    - technical support via email
    - free modifications, if they require less than 1 hours work and only one per week, 10
      modifications max. Please note, more complex modifications will require a quote.
 
Ongoing costs
 
    - annual charge for webhosting - Max $50.
 
Options
 
    - support pack, includes unlimited modifications of under 1 hour, technical support via
      phone and email. Cost $200 per year.

Option 2 - Static "Sellers" website
 
For those who have a business or organisation looking to sell products or memberships online but don't require complex content. 
 
    Inclusions
 
    - All of option 1 (excluding support pack)
    - Plus
             A store section to sell items
             A link to the paypal payment system to allow visitors to purchase online
             A area to register subscribers, and a database to capture those records
 
Total upfront costs: 1000 dollars
Ongoing costs after first year: $50 per annum web hosting renewal 
options: $200 per annum support pack
 
 
 
Option 3 - Dynamic content "Sellers" website
 
For those who want to sell online and would like to incorporate many forms of content - text, graphics, animations, films and sounds.
      
    Inclusions 
 
    - All of options 1 & 2 (excluding support packs, web hosting charge -$100 per year)
    - A web hosting package to fit bandwidth and space requirements
    - Use of all forms of content, text, photos, films and sounds on website
 
Total upfront costs: 2000 dollars
Ongoing costs after first year: $100 per annum web hosting renewal 
options: $200 per annum support pack
